A comparative market analysis (CMA) is an evaluation of similar, recently sold, currently listed, and expired listing properties. The Comparative market analyses establish the current market value of your property and are prepared by one of the authorized real estate agents. A comparative market analysis is not the same as an appraisal and is intended to develop a customized marketing plan just for you.
