Nicholas Martens is a full time Realtor/Associate Broker . He was born in Olds and then moved to Northern Ontario for  11 years. He moved back to Olds in 2011 and has always felt like Olds was his home. Nicholas worked in the trades as an automotive technician for the 6 years before finding a love of Real Estate sales. He made the choice to move to real estate because he enjoys helping people. Nicholas believes a home is more then just a place to live. A home is where memories are made. Connie recently sold a successful cappuccino bar in Olds, Alberta and enjoys all areas of entrepreneurship. Previous to the store ownership she owned four coffee trucks and one food truck over the period of 20 years. (before they were cool!)  She and her husband dairy farmed for ten years so she has a clear understanding of farming and the challenges that are faced year to year.  She also has a keen interest in investments and real estate so takes your purchase or sale very seriously. 

Glenn has been a licensed realtor since 2010, working full time in Residential, Farm, Acreage and Commercial Real Estate. He grew up in and around Duchess, Alberta and has been living and working in Mountain View County for 25 years, alongside my wife and grown children.  Always willing to give back, he has been an active volunteer in the Olds business and sports community. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Olds, and has volunteered as a board member with Olds & District Chamber of Commerce, and local lacrosse associations. He loves to spend time with family and friends fishing, camping, travelling and watching lacrosse.

Peter has years of experience in land acquisition and running a successful business until its sale a few years ago. He is passionate about showcasing luxury properties and located the perfect recreation or commercial land for your needs.  

Annalise Hammer was born and raised on a farm east of Olds, and loves the quiet rural lifestyle. She attended the University of Calgary to obtain her Bachelors of Arts in Communications, but was ready to leave the hustle and bustle of the city.   After some soul searching this past summer, Annalise met with Kathy LaFreniere for coffee and she was inspired to jump into her real estate courses.  Scott Medd and his wife Sharon live on a small farm southwest of Olds. Scott has spent his life in the Agricultural Industry and all of his working years in the Ag Service Industries. He has a keen awareness of the the level of service people appreciate when conducting business, especially when making as important a decision as a Real Estate purchase or sale. Scott’s time as a Farm Equipment Dealer in Manitoba prior to moving to Mountian View County in 2017 has instilled in him a strong awareness of the importance of good communications, and excellent customer service. Having grown up on a farm as well as running a cow/calf operation, he has a very good understanding of the farm industry as well as a passion for rural living 

  Tanya has lived the area in the communities of Carstairs, Olds and now rural Mountain View County since 2009. Having grown up in Saskatchewan and lived in Calgary, the Sunshine Coast of Australia as well as Canmore, she is so proud of our community here in central Alberta and has a passion for building connections with friends and neighbors.  A little known fact about Tanya is that she is a professional background actor. Having found herself with a feature role on a TV series in 2019, she has appeared in over a dozen shows and movies made in the Calgary area. She loves to spend a day on the set of a Hallmark movie-ask her about it!

Tanya has always been interested in real estate and creating warm and comfortable environments for people to spend time and make memories with their families. She is really enjoying the opportunity to help her clients find the home of their dreams so they can do that!

Allysha has lived in  Mountain View County all of her life, bouncing around Didsbury and Olds before settling with my husband, in Carstairs. They have two wonderful children,  and a little puppy. Her family plays a huge part in her career, coming to all the trade shows and community events to help  hand out balloons and stick on tattoos. With nearly three years in the Real Estate business, she has honed her passion for connecting with people through their stories. That is her favorite thing about this career, the opportunities to meet people from all walks of life and become part of their stories during pivotal moments. 

Born and raised in Alberta, Selina Pepin has always had a deep appreciation for the feeling of home and the sense of community that surrounds it. Before becoming a realtor, she spent several years in the trades as a professional painter, developing an eye for detail and a respect for the craftsmanship that makes each home unique.

After living in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Selina gained a broader perspective on how different communities grow and connect. Her move into real estate came naturally, inspired by her love of homes and her desire to help others create spaces where life can truly unfold.

When she’s not working, Selina enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, her dog, Bella, and her horse, Bailey. Rooted in her Alberta upbringing, she’s proud to help others find that same sense of belonging she’s always cherished.
