Growing up on a farm near High River, Alberta and working on a large ranch after high school means Rick understands the farming lifestyle more than most Real Estate Agent. Connie recently sold a successful cappuccino bar in Olds, Alberta and enjoys all areas of entrepreneurship. Previous to the store ownership she owned four coffee trucks and one food truck over the period of 20 years. (before they were cool!)  She and her husband dairy farmed for ten years so she has a clear understanding of farming and the challenges that are faced year to year.  She also has a keen interest in investments and real estate so takes your purchase or sale very seriously.

Nicholas Martens joined Coldwell Banker Vision Realty in early 2021 as a newly licensed full time realtor. He was born in Olds and then moved to Northern Ontario for  11 years. He moved back to Olds in 2011 and has always felt like Olds was his home. Nicholas worked in the trades as an automotive technician for the 6 years before finding a love of Real Estate sales. He made the choice to move to real estate because he enjoys helping people. Nicholas believes a home is more then just a place to live. A home is where memories are made. Annalise Hammer was born and raised on a farm east of Olds, and loves the quiet rural lifestyle. She attended the University of Calgary to obtain her Bachelors of Arts in Communications, but was ready to leave the hustle and bustle of the city. She happily moved back to Olds in 2016, married her High School Sweetheart, and had 2 babies, all while working in the Learning Services Department at Olds College.  After some soul searching this past summer, Annalise met with Kathy LaFrenier for coffee and she was inspired to jump into her real estate courses.  Scott Medd and his wife Sharon live on a small farm southwest of Olds. Scott has spent his life in the Agricultural Industry and all of his working years in the Ag Service Industries. He has a keen awareness of the the level of service people appreciate when conducting business, especially when making as important a decision as a Real Estate purchase or sale. Scott’s time as a Farm Equipment Dealer in Manitoba prior to moving to Mountian View County in 2017 has instilled in him a strong awareness of the importance of good communications, and excellent customer service. Having grown up on a farm as well as running a cow/calf operation, he has a very good understanding of the farm industry as well as a passion for rural living 

Randy Hein has worn many hats during his professional career. Randy came from a ranching

background and joined the R.C.M.P at the early age. After spending many years as policeman

working in a variety of high-profile positions, he transitioned into a successful construction

business building houses, apartments and commercial buildings. Randy took those learned

skills into the Oil and Gas business as a Health and Safety Consultant where he continues to

work part time. Randy has built his life around the principles of Honesty, Trust, Integrity and

Service and for the last several years he has brought that mindset into the Residential,

Agricultural and Commercial real estate market.

 Jean Jones is very passionate about the Real Estate business! She loves exploring the land, buildings, unique locations, investment opportunities, while interacting and sharing the passion and dreams of every one of my unique clients! Jean has lived in cities, towns, and rural areas all over AB and BC.  She has experienced ‘the company house,” the bi-level, the apartment, the basement suite, the bungalow, the 3 storey historical 1912 character home, the handyman special, the dream home, homesteaded with the ‘tiny home’ on 160 acres on the prairies, the condos, warehouses, tried the float home on the Fraser River, and a fantastic ocean front on the West Coast. Now for the last 9 years, Jean has happily settled back and enjoying the beautiful West Country near Sundre, AB.
